Vinification: cold maceration for 3 to 5 days, temperature control, pigeages and pumping 2 to 3 times a day. Total vatting: 16 to 18 days depending on the year.
On the nose are notes of yellow peach, ubiquinone, and minerals on a light toasted background. Wine and crunchy, coated, generous while maintaining a beautiful freshness and a certain finesse. A treat to enjoy young for a rare appellation in white. Harvest: Manual and sorting.
