Degustation notes: Distinguished, generous and ample. Particularly flattering floral bouquet. Elegant fresh fruit aromas, nuanced by a fine minerality, characteristic of the Chablis territory.
All finesse on iodized mineral notes, floral as acacia, nice smoky notes and spices, dried fruit honey. On the palate the attack is frank, the mid-palate is powerful, incisive and racy, it is very marked by its clay soil, the citrus notes are amazing, they combine wonderfully with the mineral and iodine notes of this exceptional terroir.
Vinification: cold maceration for 3 to 5 days, temperature control, pigeages and pumping 2 to 3 times a day. Total vatting: 16 to 18 days depending on the year.
On the nose are notes of yellow peach, ubiquinone, and minerals on a light toasted background. Wine and crunchy, coated, generous while maintaining a beautiful freshness and a certain finesse. A treat to enjoy young for a rare appellation in white. Harvest: Manual and sorting.
