Their way of working the vines and the wine is traditional, the aim being to respect the originality of the vintages and the terroirs of the places called Marsannay, Fixin and Gevrey-Chambertin. The estate is in constant search of quality for its hand-harvested wines with selective sorting and organic certification in progress.
