Domaine Van Hecke is managed by Roland on 5 ha in Grancey-sur-Ource, on the border of Burgundy and Champagne (Aube). This 3-generation family estate produces Crémant de Bourgogne, the village of which is protected by the statue of the Virgin of Beauregard which will give its name to a vintage. The plots for the crémants face South-East, the harvest is done by hand and vinified on the estate.
