Domaine Pavelot is managed by Luc and Lise, brother and sister from the 3rd generation, on the family estate which already existed in the 17th century. They currently farm 9 ha in the Pernand-Vergelesses and Aloxe-Corton appellations. They carry out their work with the health of the soil, vines and wines as a common thread. The harvest is traditionally carried out by hand, with wicker baskets.
